Supporting CAF’s global mission through trusted partnership

Pillory Barn has been a trusted partner to Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) since 2022.

Following a competitive pitch process, Pillory Barn was added to the charity’s supplier framework, to support CAF and CAF Bank in the global mission to connect donors with charities worldwide and deliver effective tax-efficient giving, strategic support, and impactful resources.

Working closely with CAF marketing managers across multiple departments, we act as an extension of the not-for-profit’s in-house teams, providing vital design, copywriting, content, and communications support. Our work includes producing essential documents such as CAF’s annual reports, infographics, Financing the Future investment guides, and other thought leadership materials that drive engagement worldwide.

We continue to play a fundamental role in supporting CAF Bank’s customer communications globally, designing integral user guides for the new banking app to ensure accessibility, and ensuring organisations are able manage their finances with ease.

Our creative services extend to video production, where we have delivered high-quality case studies featuring CAF’s work with partners like LGT Wealth Management, Royal Sun Alliance, and Landsec. Filmed on location, these stories showcase the tangible outcomes of CAF’s partnerships and amplify their global impact.

Additionally, we contributed to CAF’s rebrand, working closely with the London firm and lead designer to help refine materials and share recommendations for consistency. Acting as a flexible overflow agency, we deliver high-quality content and design that align with CAF’s standards.

Through this partnership, Pillory Barn continues to strengthen CAF’s ability to connect donors and charities, enabling a more impactful and charitable future worldwide.
